Nick is an executive, trainer + speaker, investor, board member, advisor, and adjunct professor

Nick Machol built, scaled, and sold companies. Retiring young before jumping back in to build bigger, teach, and invest.

Since July 2025, he has been Co-Founder and CEO of Unburdn. Helping lead companies of all sizes through the complex world of AI transformation.

He chairs the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and has been a board member since 2016. He also manages a diverse real estate portfolio and stays deeply engaged in YPO.

A Colorado native and DU grad (magna cum laude), Nick started at Ernst & Young as a CPA (inactive). When he’s not leading, training, or investing, he’s skiing, traveling, and enjoying family time.
